Every day brings the new Kalamaja high-rise one step closer to completion. The first Volta SKAI homes, with views overlooking the sea, the towers of Tallinn Old Town and the city skyline, will be completed already in autumn 2026.

We invite you to the Volta SKAI Open House on October 8th from 15:00 to 19:00 in one of Tallinn’s most sought-after neighbourhoods – the Volta Quarter.

You will have a rare opportunity to step inside the Volta SKAI high-rise while it is still under construction and experience first-hand the sense of space, layouts and remarkable views that will define its future homes.
